We stopped in for a late morning meal. It was hard not to get carried away with the pastries! I had a bacon quiche with a side of fruit that was yummy. My hubby had a kale salad that was better than he expected. It had a tasty dressing. We split an almond pastry. We arrived around 11am and there was not a wait. A nice place to stop in while in Biltmore Village.
Even though perfection isn’t a realistic goal, the espresso at Well-Bred is better than I could have ever than anything that I could imagine. I’ve been going twice daily since finding it. I don’t typically go in for pastries, unless they are really fussy French ones, but I’ve been slowly sampling a few, and it’s becoming an obsession.
