4 Reviews on “Belmont Food & Beverage”
The Good Stuff. I can’t speak for the other four reviews on Belmont Food & Beverage but I’ve been a consistent once a week customer for two years solid and I’ve never experienced anything approaching poor service or low-quality food. I actually consider BF&B one of the better establishments in Belmont. Very much a local watering hole with a casual atmosphere to match. The owner is always accessible and runs his restaurant every night. The food is excellent, the service is top quality accomplished by a personable staff that always makes you feel welcome. All in all I would recommend this restaurant over any other in Belmont.
This place is a joke
Mediocre at BEST is the best description. There aren’t many other places around for good food so me and coworker ate here out of desperation. We had the blue crab bruschetta which was good, and the salmon paninis which were almost burnt to the point of being charcoal. I’ll stick to chic-fil-a for lunch around belmont because it tastes better and is literally 1/4 the price of this place. Overpriced and overrated.
It’s… not good.. This place is fine if all you want to do is drink. But the food leaves a LOT to be desired. My GF and I love greasy, salty food, but the fried pickles were absolutely SWIMMING in grease and oversalted. I could swear that there was a quarter inch of the stuff at the bottom of the basket, and here’s a newsflash: fried pickles don’t need salt in the batter! My GF’s grilled cheese was also greasy, and the fries were greasy, cold and mushy. I got lucky with the spaghetti special, but I wouldn’t eat there again.
