Huge portions, spectacular view.
Outstanding! Everything we had was delicious… Trout sandwich, burger, chips and salsa, with an incredible view. Fantastic dining experience overall.
My children an I would eat there every year after camp at johns rivrt. Now we are having his wedding dinner there.
Canyons Restaurant. I was visiting family in Blowing Rock and we decided to eat out. They had told me about the restaurant and the view and highly suggested it. When we got there, almost every worker at the seating desk stared at us until finally someone walked us to a balcony seat without a word. The view was amazing and the food was undoubtedly 10/10, and served surprisingly quickly. I was pleased overall, I just felt uncomfortable in the main building.

Went here for lunch a few weeks ago. First off, the views were outstanding – we sat next to the big window. The food was surprisingly excellent. The trout sandwich was light and flavorful, and the burger was juicy without being greasy. This would be a great place to have a beer and watch the sunset. Very relaxing experience, fair prices too. I will be going back.
