In the 15 years we’ve been coming here, this place just recently took a nosedive concerning service and quality. About 2-3 weeks ago we put in a take-out order for 2 orders of wings. The wings are usually very large, and very good. This time, both orders were very small wings, and very overcooked/burnt. I called and spoke with Mark, the manager, and informed him of the problem. He said that he would replace those wings, free of charge, next time I ordered. Today, we ordered wings again, and I was told they’d be ready in 30-35 minutes. When I arrived there, the place was crowded. I saw Mark at the door and let him know I was there for my order. He said it would be a few minutes, and I could have a seat back by the bathrooms. I waited…and waited…and waited, as others who got there after me picked up their to-go orders. After 45 minutes I finally went to the older woman at the cash register, and asked what was going on with my order. She said she didn’t know I was waiting there, and that the order had been waiting there for some time now. I took my cold, dried-out food home, and ended up throwing about half of it away. It seems to me that this place is more interested in cycling as many people possible through their door, instead of concentrating on the quality treatment of the customer – especially one who has had problems with them before. Will never come back again!!!
