I came into eat this past weekend and although the waitstaff and atmosphere was phenomenal, I was slightly disappointed in the chef I received. I’ve been here plenty of times before, however, this time was a definite miss. My WHITE chef was clearly not up to par with the other chefs. He looked flustered and nervous. Also, coming here, we expected a wait, however, to wait that long and then receive a chef who was none talkative was disappointing. You could see he was struggling with keeping up.
