The Hot Sauce!!!!. Take your nastiest penny out of your pocket. Put a drop of hot sauce on it then cover it with a napkin. Pull the napkin up and wowzer, the penny looks like it was struck at the mint 30 seconds before. Oh yeah, the dogs are great. Straight chili dog and fries and you can’t go wrong. Years ago I made the drive to visit a friend (and take his money on the golf course) and he took me to Zacks so I could buy his lunch (with his money.) He couldn’t get off the beach, I couldn’t get Zack’s out of my mind. Been going back everytime I go through the area.
Still puzzled why so many people like this place. Maybe it’s long-time residents reliving their younger days when it was the only game in town. Anyway, it’s cheap hot dogs and burgers…nothing special at all. Just mom and pop style fast food.
Awful dogs. Fast service. BUT, atmosphere must have memories of a lifetime. At least they have bottled cokes. 🙂

You got to love Zack’s. Can’t beat Zack’s. Great dogs, fries and burgers. Fast service. You have to put Mr. Zack’s secret hot sauce on everything!
