We liked Bellini’s at their original Fuquay-Varina location and this was our first time at the Cary location. We weren’t disappointed! The service was attentive and I’m glad to see many of the friendly and capable staff made the move. Lamb shank with risotto was fall-off-the-bone tender. The chicken special with shiitake mushroom sauce was excellent. Chicken Parmesan sauce was mellow and chunky. The prices have gone up (expected with a move to Cary) but the portions are huge – easily enough for two meals if you want to share and/or take some home. We wish them well in the new location – unfortunately we probably won’t visit as often as we did when they were 2 miles from our house in Fuquay-Varina!
