Pretty Good. Brigs is ok. It’s not bad and it’s not outstanding. I really only go in October for pumpkin pancakes. I went the other day and it’s ho-hum. I wouldn’t say it was the best breakfast in Cary but I would eat there again and I plan to

Excellent. Great breakfast food; wonderful service!

Awesome! First time, service was wonderful and very helpful. The food was excellent. They give you a lot for a descent price. I recommend it for breakfast. Try their Benedict’s.

Bad experience. We are big fans of Brigs but not the new location in Cary. We were there on 6/17/2010 at 7:45 am. Our 3rd time there. First 2 times were good. Yesterday the omlets were undercooked. Grease floating in the plates. Grits were awful. Big hunks stuck together. Waitress nor cashier asked if everything was OK. In the past they have always asked. Their web site does not have a e-mail contact to contact them.

Yummy Breakfast. I can honestly say, I’ve never eaten off the regular menu. All of the breakfast items are great. Sadly, the baked goods are not gluten-free, but there are protein and vegetable options that omit gluten. Truly a breakfast treat, but arrive early! The line forms quickly!

Decent breakfast, poor decor. The food at Brigs is, by far, not the best I have ever had, but it is decent. The asparagus eggs benedict was good, but not spectacular. It is a passable restaurant but I felt it was slightly pricey, especially since the decor could use some updating. The potatoes were good though and the portions were generous. The service was pretty good as well. So, all in all, I would say that Brigs is an okay restaurant that has room for improvement. It certainly fills a niche in the Cary market though (there are very few diners or breakfast places around). As a result, they are always packed on the weekends. So, be prepared to wait a few minutes to be seated if you go on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
