  Good burgers. Their health rating of 98 is overrated. The tables and floors are disgusting. Even after we asked them to clean the tables, they made no effort to do so. Good food if you’re going to take it to go.

  Yummy for the kids. The kids loved it. And it’s a great option filling out what you want on burgers without having to repeat yourself 1,000 times! Is there a reason that the fries are just pitched in the bottom of the bag? I’m thinking the ‘greasy bag’ look, which is appealing to those who like this sort of food. Also, does that keep those sticky fingers out of bags by stealing a fry before they are given to their rightful owner? Or does it keep the fries and other food warmer that way? Perhaps it is done that way in case the bag overturns, the fries won’t be array!?!?!!

  I love chargrill-always have since I was a tyke,but this location is the worst I have ever been to.they always mess up my orders-they can’t even understand their own order tickets.the first time they completely messed up my order-left off all toppings on all food,yet charged me for all toppings on the ticket,including an additional hotdog I didn’t receive nor order.the second time I went-hoping it was simply a one-time deal-the same scenario occured and I have not been back since.stick to the original Raleigh chargrill locations,especially hillsborough and Edwards mill.
