The best bakery!!!. My toddler LOVES their honeycomb bread! I haven’t had this kind of tasty bread in a long time. Not too sweet but so moist and very very tasty!!! I will definitely try their coffee drinks next time. And, the staff seems so nice too!!
Pastries are delicious and works of art!. This coffee and pastry shop was originally recommended to me months ago by a hair stylist at J&F Gemelli (across the street) but I just never made it over there until today. My mom discovered it this last weekend and was gushing about how great it was and loved it so much she ordered my sister’s birthday cake from here, which I picked up today. The shop is so cute, the owners were the only ones working there (husband-wife team), they have some organic coffees and from what I’m reading all the coffees are roasted on-site, but most importantly I had the most delicious melt-in-your mouth pastry that I grabbed at the last minute from the basket next to the register (it was long with sliced almonds and a delicious buttery white filling). I haven’t eaten the cake yet but it is be-a-u-tiful! I also love that they clearly invested in high-quality packaging (the cake box is so nice that I’m going to keep it to use in the future). Plus they gave us free candles (long thin ones). Definitely check it out, seems like another great local business worth supporting. I love La Farm but the next time my friends and I are looking for a place to grab coffee we’ll definitely come here vs dealing with the weekend chaos at La Farm.

This is the best espresso I have had in North Carolina since I moved here 5 years ago! It is comparable to the best Seattle coffee, has great atmosphere and a fascinating and eclectic music selection! The best local businesses in Cary always seem to be tucked away in unassuming shopping centers and Crema is no exception! Definitely worth discovering!!
The absolute best coffee in town – I love that it’s owned by the same people who serve the coffee or tea! Kevin and Regina are the best, they give you such personal service and the coffee is the freshest!
Freshest Coffee in Cary. Crema Coffee is the ONLY coffee house in Cary that roasts ALL of their coffee on site, in the cafe. You can’t get any fresher than this! It’s owned and operated by a Cary family, so if you are looking to break free of the chains, this is the place for you. Kevin, the owner, has been in the coffee industry for over 10 years and really knows how to make an excellent latte, complete with beautiful latte art. The decor is warm and welcoming, as is the staff. If you are a coffee snob looking for beans, then this is the place for you.
Hershey’s Syrup (?). There really isn’t much positive to say about a coffee place that uses Hershey’s Syrup to make their mocha….lame!
