I was very disappointed not only by the low quality of food but by the actions and attitude of the staff. As a gay man living in Cary it was shocking in these times to be treated so rude. My partner and I ate there recently and felt unwelcome. The staff dismissive and unfriendly, even the manager! The meat was dry and the vegetables old. I won’t be back and encourage my fellow cary residents to stay away. For the price Danny’s charges there is much better food and attitude else where
The only good thing on the menu is the pulled pork. The ribs were dry, the brisket was fatty and mushy, and the potato salad tasted like mayonnaise. Their selection of sides is very small and they only serve Texas toast (no other type of bread). We will not be going back.
