    This place definitely does not know the meaning of customer service. Compared to what I’m used to, it is very small. Expect to wait a while to be seated or you can try & catch one of the wait staff & ask repeatedly for a table to be cleaned in the first come first serve area. We went through 3 people before finally realizing who our waitress was, who by the way made it more pleasant, her name was Jasmine. Usually I would leave if I get service that sucks upon entry but since we have a family of 6 that drove an hour & 10 minutes to drive so we stayed. It’s like they feel just because they are a D & B chain people will spend money any way. All in all, I wasn’t impressed & can’t imagine driving all this way again to go here.

    Poor service, cold food and dirty utensil. We came here for the 2nd time to see if things have changed, and not surprised but it had not. We waited 15min before a waitress even greeted us, which was after i tracked down a manager to find her, our silverware was dirty so they brought us plastic (yes they brought us plastic) once the food came it was cold and the bread was stale and hard from being out. We will not be coming back.

    Stay Away. Went for the first time and the service was horrible… No one was at the door on the Mall side and had to find our way around, then waited for someone to acknowledge our existence, finally were seated and waited almost an hour for food that never arrived, and then were treated indignantly when we wanted to leave (yea, my sincere apologies for inconveniencing you D&B’s). Filled out a survey and a Manager called us like 5 days later, unfortunately it was after bed time (again, really sorry I wasn’t awake for your call, you sounded very disconcerted), and has not called back. Ranks as one of my worst restaurant experiences

    Terrible experience. The night we went the air conditioner was broken, and 3 or 4 video games broken. Food overpriced, nothing great. Although bartender friendly, rest of staff was rude. Won’t be returning.

    Worst food I have had in years. Had a mexican dinner, buffet style, in one of the rooms for large groups. Beef looked gray.

    Mediocre – even for a simple thing like pub fare. Fries were great, double burger was overlooked from where I ordered it but acceptable. The pretzel dogs tasted like they were cooked last week and reheated, possible several times since. My wife’s mango chicken rice was dry. Oh, and the server left without taking an order for my sons dinner, never brought out the beer I ordered at the beginning of the meal and only did refills for the kids or my wife when I got her attention.
