Food served cold. Steak overcooked. Sent steak back. Took over a half an hour to cook it. Not okay. I watched the rest of my table eat while I enjoyed nothing. Was given my steak for free. It was my birthday dinner. Thank you for ruining my birthday celebration dinner, Deans!
RUDE!. We made reservations a whole week in advance, explaining that our home is on the market and we must leave for showing taking our small dog with us. We reserved an outside table in the corner away from everybody. When we arrived we were seated in corner we requested, but the Manager came outside and requested that we promptly leave, since we had a dog under the table. That they had an altercation earlier in the week with two dogs so they now have a NO dog policy. Really? But I stated that we had made reservations a week in advance an no body bothered to notify us this when I explained? And four others are coming to meet us here in the next five minutes. We were told–sorry–please leave now! WE WILL NOT BE BACK FOR THEIR RUDENESS! – EVER – We had to make other arrangements QUICKLY for Tribecca! Yeah! They were so nice, and with no reservations! Tribecca even brought out water for our dog without us asking! GO TO TRIBECCA! Not DEAN’s!
Sunday brunch. The worst entrees. Even the Mac and Cheese which looked good was bland. If you must go stick to the waffles and pancakes..weak desserts.
Service was outstanding. Probably the best service I have had in a while. The oysters were really good, but our entrees fell flat. I had a drink from the bar that beyond horrible. Don’t mean to be harsh but it really was that bad.
Just go there. Sometimes the internet reviews are not accurate, you have to go there and order the food then you will know by yourself.
Had a wonderful dinner last night! The food was impeccable and the service superb. Thanks again Dean for the opportunity to create the artwork for your fabulous restaurant!
This is Great. Dean’s Seafood Grill has a great private room for after hours business meetings. Our company had a great cocktail hour, meeting and dinner there. Great service. We will go back again.
