Love it —best DD/BR in Cary. Fresh, clean, very friendly and fast customer service. Donuts and coffee are always fresh and sandwich and ice cream are very well prepared to the acceptation. —-Will definitely go back.07 Feb, 2014DD/BR Best place to get your breakfast with family and friends,. Really nice and clean Dunkin’ Donuts. I like their fresh coffee/sandwich and robin ice cream shakes. This place is worth visiting with family because lot of space in the store to site and relax in neat and clean store. The best part is that they don’t escrow up your order no mater how long the line is in walk in or drive throw and staff are very friendlyI always take my kids to this store.
Great…if you prefer stale donuts!. I went there, TWICE, around 7:30 in the MORNING. Bought a dozen each time. THAT early in the morning, and they were STALE! Again, TWICE! They MUST HAVE been from the previous night. REALLY! Fooled me twice…but never again!
Poor Attitude of Manager. I would rather drive up the road and pay the outrageous prices at Starbucks than deal with the poor attitude of the MANAGER at this location. Unprofessional and absolutely RUDE. I love Dunkin Donuts, but would NEVER stop at this location on my way to work again. Had I not been running late I would have had them refund my money and keep the attitude!
Give me my coffee back. OK, I am seriously disappointed in DD. Admittedly, DD isn’t really a restaurant, but sometimes, all you want is a simple cup of decent, quick coffee (and a delicious, deep fried circle of doughy goodness). Right?Well, I’ve been slapped across the face with the realization that you can no longer add your own cream and sugar to your own coffee. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the store or the drive thru – some DD employee, who could give a rat’s a** about your coffee, has to do it for you! Can you believe it? What is the point?The other day, I asked for LIGHT cream and sugar, and got a disgusting dose of both. Had to throw away an otherwise perfectly good cup of jo and make a beeline to the nearest bagel joint where I could fix it up my way.Come on DD – get your stuff together, and bring back the friggin’ cream and sugar. Jeez DD, did you ask your customers before pulling this stunt? Perhaps you went to the Netflix school of management….
