Fabulous!! This shopping center has needed a really good restaurant for ever and now they have it! This is some of the best Chinese I have had in the Triangle. The food is fresh and full of flavor. Reminds me of New York City. Take out prices are a bargain and the service is friendly and fast. I had the chicken and basil sauce today and it was superb. Support Ginger so they will stay in our area. Eating in is nice or getting it to go. Love this place.

JIm. Our favorite Chinese restaurant. My wife and I have lunched here more than half a dozen times and have always been pleased. The service is congenial and capable, and we’ve tried various dishes with delicious results. Personal favorite is Szechuan style, but so far we can’t go wrong. Have been to Ginger ten times or so since moving to Cary in June of ’10 and have always been delighted! Have yet to have a disappointing dish and I’ve tried quite a few.
Ginger Asian cuisine is a party of flavors! Ginger has delicious gluten free and vegetarian options. The service is friendly and attentive. The garlic sauce is exceptional! Forget your ordinary idea of Asian brown sauce, this is not yo mamas. The garlic sause is so well balanced in flavor it makes veggies super tasty. If you are in need of a kick in the taste buds, go to Ginger. Now.
Good Healthy Options. I have been to Ginger several times and ordered off the heart healthy menu, which offers delicious choices cooked with little to no oil. To my knowledge this is the only Chinese place in the area to offer that option. I have never been disappointed in the menu. I am a little concerned about them staying open because every time I have been in there were very few customers. I hope that more people discover this gem!
My favorite place for lunch! The veggies are so crispy and the flavors are just right. I feel so spoiled by the staff that I enjoy going there at least one a week. Great lunch specials too!
