Fresh, Delicious. My family has been coming to Goodberry’s since I was very young, and I will always love their ice cream over any other place. It’s fresh, it’s amazingly delicious, and I crave it when I’m out of town!
Bad service. The frozen custard is good-but not good enough to deal with rude management. Some bogus story about cross-contamination when ordering quart of half vanilla and half chocolate custard and was told in a very arrogant and rude manner that I couldn’t have that. I was told that I had never been able to order that-wrong-and this person seemed to not mind at all how she was speaking to a customer or that she was losing a customer -especially in this economy. Most ridiculous conversation……….spoken to like I was an idiot…….Coldstone Creamery…here we come!

Yum yum yum!!. Every time my boyfriend and I come here to visit his parents in Cary, it is a MUST for us to go here. I love how they’re open late, and have a specialty flavor almost everyday. My favorite has got to be the vanilla custard with oreos ground in. I do have to admit though, the service is hit and miss. I really don’t let it bother me, because the custard is oh so worth it. Love love love this place!
Great Ice Cream, Rude Service. The ice cream is the best in town. However I had issues with the employees. I placed an order for my kids and I. They made my kids correctly and messed mines up by giving me the wrong size. So I went back and they messed it up again with the wrong topping. So I head back to the window the third time. This time he makes it correctly, while slamming the window as if it was my fault he could not get the order right.
Really, I’m not what the appeal is! The custard is pretty tasteless. With Henry’s Gelato in Cary, I cannot imagine anyone wanting to go to Goodberry’s…
I have been to MANY ice cream places in my life, but none are better than the Goodberry’s in Cary. I have even been to many international places. Yet none have matched up to the beautiful simplicity of frozen custard here. It’s the best ice cream eaten in town (or the world)!
