Given its name I was hoping to find a good new bagel shop. I was disappointed. What they sell are rolls with a whole in the middle. Anyone who says otherwise doesn’t know what a real bagel is
Best Bagel in Cary/Apex/Morrisville. I’ve lived here for two and a half years. This is by far the best bagel I’ve encountered. Baked fresh throughout the day, soft and chewy without being painfully hard. Breakfast is AWESOME. Highly recommend the French Toast. Bacon cooked to order. They even made a small fruit cup for my breakfast despite being sold out of fruit salad. And the fruit salad it’s not just a bunch of melon with a few grapes thrown in for show. Apples, strawberries, kiwi, grapes…this was legit fruit salad.Awesome friendly servers. Oh, and a baker’s dozen of these delicious bagels for less than two bags of Landers. For real? Why go anywhere else for casual breakfast?
Rock Solid Regular. Best bagels I’ve had. Fresh and firm. Eggs made to order so my finicky wife can have her bacon, egg and cheese with either egg whites or very scrambled eggs with no sign of white (go figure). Me, I like my eggs runny and I can order them that way here. The best part are the people who start my day off with a nice word or two and a smile. Fumi, the owner, is the nicest person you could hope to meet and I think it rubs off on the eclectic mix of college age kids she employs. Good food. Good people.
I was in Chapel Hill on business recently and wanted to find some NY style bagels, as there are none where I live. These bagels fit the bill and the lox and cream cheese spread was good and fresh. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I bought 2 dozen to take back home in WNC!
Quality ingredients & worth the wait!
