Probably the best ramen I’ve had in the triangle. Have only tried the spicy chicken one but will be coming back to try the more traditional ones. Definitely recommend

Very authentic ramen! The menu is simple, but everything is done fresh and done right! I had the Shoyu ramen with enoki– if one ever has visited Tokyo, the meaty, salty broth is a comfort; and let me tell you folks, this ramen brings me back! The owner is a very sweet gentleman who definitely cares about the quality of your food and your experience there! Portions are generous and the service is on point! My boyfriend had the miso ramen, and it was very savory and well seasoned! They’ve not been open too long, but this little mom and pop operation is doing it right! If you’re looking for an outstanding ramen that is more than just a bowl of noodles, this is a must!
