Very good food, but the loaded nachos we ordered were cold and the service was HORRIBLE. It took 20 minutes for the caramel pie to come out. It’s a cold pie so it shouldn’t take that long, but overall the food was good
Good value, nice place for lunch. Their salads are fantastic. The only nitpick I have, based on a recent visit at lunchtime, was the extremely intrusive service. We all want attentive servers, but we had three different waitstaff who constantly interrupted us, even after the we mentioned we hadn’t seen each other in a while and were catching up. It was extremely annoying! The restaurant wasn’t so busy that they had to turn the table fast.
Overall Great Service and Food!. I don’t know if it was the waiter we had but last night I had the best O’Charley’s experience i have ever had. Both me and my date had the steak and chicken tender meal and the food was superb. Everything was at the correct temperature and was brought out extremely fast. Not only was the service and the food great the price was just as amazing. For two salads, entrees, and deserts our bill only came to $25 dollars. I usually don’t like chain restaurants but I will definitely be going back to the O’charley’s in Cary.
