We had a nice lunch here consisting of fish tacos and chicken tacos. Both were cooked well and flavorful. Service was quick and plenty of seating available. Didnt have any wait and sat were we desired.
My husband ordered takeout for us tonight as something of a celebration of a family event. I have been a vegetarian for 25 years, but I know how much he loves steak and so I suggested that he orders two sirloin dinners with the plan that we would give the second one to the dogs.I heard him place the order and I heard him distinctly say that I’m a vegetarian and to please separate my grilled asparagus from the steak for that reason. When he picked it up from the drive through, he asked specifically if the steak and asparagus were separated. He was assured they were.Of course they weren’t, and the asparagus was swimming in blood. In addition, the salad with blue cheese and pecans didn’t resemble a chopped salad as much as garbage.I’ve ordered both of these in the past and was really happy with them. This time, absolutely not at all.I tried to leave feedback through Outback’s contact page, but of course it refused to go through – another nail in the coffin for them. And that’s why they’re receiving this review instead.
Horrible service. Servers were running around with trays of food not knowing where to take them. Waited an hour because our food went to another table, manager came out apologized, we told him we wanted our ticket and told us we’d have to wait for food elsewhere, told no, we’d go home, he apologized profusely again and then comped the food. We still waited 15+ mins for it. Food was good, didn’t make up for the service though.
