Don’t go!. We used to go to red Robin often… However now the portion sizes are a lot smaller and their bottomless fries aren’t bottomless like they are supposed to be! When I got my burger I literally had 8 fries on the plate, when we asked for more we literally got like 8 more and the guy took his sweet time bringing them to us! Very disappointed! Why call them bottomless?! Will not be going back
Bacon cheese burgers from god. This place has the best burgers I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. The onion rings were also different, but in a good way. Give the sauce that comes with the onion rings a try on your burger, its mayo and there barbecue sauce. They call it campfire sauce, its just simple, and good. Today there notto busy, so service was quick, and the food was hot and prepared perfectly. I don’t know hw I’ve not been ere before, but I will be back.

The manager asked how things were as we left, and I told her what happened. She gave me a voucher for two free burgers. My friend and I waited a couple of months to go back, to let a new place get settled. However the same thing happened; we waited far too long to get our food, and when we did, it was not warm.Two bad experiences are one thing, but more than half of the people I know who have been there say the same thing; the burgers are good, but the service is so slow that they will not return.
