First Time at RC. I wanted to take my hubby someplace special for his birthday and RC was the perfect choice. Service was excellent, food was excellent. We ordered the Chefs specialty; Hubby had the rib eye, tortellini soup and I had the filet mignon with shrimp and the Cesar salad, as sides we shared the mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach…the sides were large enough for two of us, and his steak was a good portion size as was mine, we enjoyed the raspberry cheesecake with chocolate bark with organic Earl Grey freshly brewed tea. The dinner and atmosphere were exactly what I wanted to achieve. We truly enjoyed our time together with great food and a lovely atmosphere. The wine selection was very nice, but they do lack in their selections of beer, only bottle beer nothing on tap.
