Extremely disappointed with customer service based on ordering entree salad that was served on side salad plate. Meal included 5 cherry tomatoes, less than one full cooked egg, numerous red onion pieces, on a handful of spinach. Extremely small portion not equivalent to an entree salad nor 9 dollar price tag. Management focused on bottom line rather than customer feedback and satisfaction. To add insult to injury, I was told I don’t understand the value of ingredients. Management voiced total indifference to my complaint and loss of repeat customer.
Sign on door says open daily till midnight. Closed at 10pm.
Great place to catch a Hurricanes game.. Go when they’re not busy and the service will be fine, if detached. Location is sort of strange. Great rotating selection of NC beers. All of the food is heavy pub fare. Don’t come here looking for a light snack. Tater tots with cheese incorporated into them and mayo-ish dipping sauce. Mac and cheese with pulled pork throughout. You get the idea. Prices and atmosphere are just slightly north of your average pub.
Excellent beer choices… service is always top notch… bar area is great for sporting events… love their sausage & cheese dip.
Above and Beyond Service. Last week my daughter and I went to Spirits to have a quick bite. It was after 10 pm and we had both just gotten off work. As we were ordering drinks, the server, Ayeesha, asked if we were driving a jeep. A customer had reported that a jeep had a tire that was rapidly losing air. We went out and sure enough – the tire was audibly leaking air from a big nail bent and stuck in the tire in two places. Before we finished discussing what to do about it, Ayeesha had the manager, Aaron, outside to look at it for us. He immediately started to change the tire. It was dark and wet (it had been raining) but he got on the ground and figured out how to jack the car up. He enlisted the help of a coworker, Brian, who joined in immediately to help. They changed the tire, bolted the leaking tire on the back of the jeep and we went back into the restaurant to eat. The food was excellent, the service was terrific (thanks, Ayeesha!) and I can’t begin to thank Aaron and Brian for their help with the tire. I’ve never been to any restaurant (or any business, for that matter) where help was given so willingly and promptly so I could enjoy my dinner. Thanks so much, Aaron and Brian and Ayeesha. You’re the best!
They have a mac n’ cheese made with beer and brown-sugar candied bacon. If the waitress punched me in the face every time I took a bite, I’d still order it.
Rollsontwo. I’m not getting the reviews about slow service; the staff are great. Fast, friendly efficient — they help each other out a lot. The manager came over (in a genuine and truly interested way) to ask if we were happy.Food was very good. The chips (salsa) were very fresh and some of the best I’ve had.
