DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!! If I was able to give a zero star rating I would! I spoke with a Charlene at the Cary, NC location as this was my very first time using their services for my son’s 4th birthday that I wanted to be special because I am pretty new to parenting and have never had a real birthday party for him, so this moment was special to me as well as him. I complained because the cake I picked up when ready to serve a couple hours after pickup the party host was unable to cut the cake easily as we discovered it was either partially frozen or stiff. I emailed got a response that I was not happy with as I requested a full refund for the embarrassment, humiliation and the fact that the cake is the focal point of ANY party and it was ruined. The cake was half eaten and the rest was trashed! I expressed my concerns with this Charlene lady who was rude, not apologetic, uncompromising! She cut me off several times and begin to get loud with me because she said I kept repeating myself. She told me the reason for my mishap was because I did not read a sign that she herself kept repeating over and over which was attached to her register. I informed her I prepaid so there was no reason to look at her sign and this should have been verbal especially for a first time user of her shops services! So her excuse was I should have read a sign! With that being said she did nothing! Customer service, caring about the quality of work, the brand and to ensure a satisfied customer was the least of her worries! If you want excellent customer service, a communicative staff and great quality cakes, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! They Suck!

I have been the sugar buzz several times. Everybody has always been pleasant. We had these mini chocolate cheesecakes which were delicious as well as some citrus cake on another occasion. I thought the carrot cake was good but my wife thought it was dry. We had a chocolate tort which was absolutely amazing. I will definitely go back. Many times!
