HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Placed order for delivery… Waited 1 hr 40 mins before the delivery guy showed up, and that was after for phone calls to the restaurant, in which the third phone call they hung up on me. Their first excuse was that they forgot my address… Really?! They finally agreed to give us our food at no charge, but when it was delivered the guy said that was not true and refused to give us our food. Horrible business, horrible people running this establishment. Food isn’t worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.
Either Stupid or can’t read. Good food but I get the feeling that these people are stupid or just can’t read. I put in an online order saying NO MUSHROOMS and they give them to me anyways. Also , the driver was irritated my address didn’t match up with what was labeled on the building even though I put IN THE ORDER that the building would display different from my address and put down what the building would say. Not to mention that the driver wrote the total as $22 even though my confirmation email said $20 and when I showed him he says that the prices changed just so he wouldn’t have to argue. Excuse my French but F***these guys and I will never eat here again.
WRAL News – Alert!!. I’ve purchased takeout here a couple or times – I won’t any more. Rude Staff and Out-of-Date Website. The food may be the good at this place but I didn’t get to it. I called for delivery and the lady on the phone was very curt and rude. I was looking at the menu from the website, and my total should have been around $19 including tax, I was told $22 and some change. Apparently the prices are higher than what is listed on the website. When I asked about this, the woman rudely informed me that the menu on the website is from four years ago. A raise in prices over time is normal, but it’s a good idea to at least keep the website updated so customers can get an idea of what they will be paying before they order. Even so, all of this would have been acceptable if the woman had not been so rude about it. She spoke as though it were my fault the menu on the site was four years old. I won’t be ordering from a place with rude staff and a online menu that hasn’t been updated in four years, especially when they act like it’s my fault that they haven’t kept their site up-to-date. Also, why say you offer delivery when you try to push pickup on people when they call?
