At our recent company picnic, The Humble Pig truck sure did pump out some tasty smoked BBQ! We chose the Humble Pig food truck/trailer because BBQ goes great at any corporate event, and they certainly didn’t disappoint. Megan (their event/catering coordinator) was great to work with- good customer service & very accountable.The beef brisket was by far my favorite, but the pulled pork was a close second. I love their spicy housemade BBQ sauce! Though the slaw wasn’t amazing, the sweet potato fries were on point. The plates are $10-13 each but you definitely get what you pay for & the portions aren’t skimpy. They do take cash & card via the Square app. I wanted to try the wings but I was just too full to do so :)Do yourself a favor & get their brisket- it’s ahhhmazing!
