AWEFUL !!!. Not sure how anyone can like this restaurant. The food quality is poor and the staff can’t get a simple order correct. How hard is it to make a taco salad without the flour bowl? One key ingredient for a salad is typically lettuce. Apparently any deviation to the menu completely throws off the staff. I’ll usually give one bad experience a second try. Not in this case. If you are thinking of eating here, go elsewhere.
Love It. I have been to Tijuana Flats about 20 times and have never had a bad experience. The food is always great. (My favorite is the chicken quesadilla) Everyone there is always super helpful. I am so glad that they have come to Cary.
Food was cold, got beef not steak, draft beer was flat…..chips were stale. Everyone told me how good this place was, maybe my definition of good and others is different – not worth 30.00 for 2. Taco bell might have been better!
The food is good and hot sauce bar is wonderful! The service was *extremely* friendly and helpful– I was very impressed and would highly recommend this location.

Terrific, original Tex-Mex food. Excellent, friendly service, quirky-fun atmosphere, and the highlight: a 15-choice sauce bar with a huge variety of spiciness and flavor choices.
LOVE TIJUANA FLATS. I absolutely LOVE Tijuana Flats. Everything that I have eaten from the menu is delicious, the staff is very cheerful, short wait time, and drink is always refilled without asking!! My personal favorite are the chicken quesadillas!!
