This is I guess the best place for South Indian food in Raleigh. It serves good, fresh and pocket friendly food. The spice level was balanced and sambhar was good. We tried the below things in our last visit.- Madras Special Idli : Very tasty , Recommended- Mysore masala Dosa : The crust was good but the masala was bland and needs improvment- Samosa : Good but a little oily, Recommended
This has to be one of the better places around Triangle area when it comes to Indian food, especially South Indian ones which is their specialty. They are good at North Indian ones too though.I have been to this place a few times and their variety amazes me. Go for a weekday or weekend lunch preferably, and you will have a tons of options to choose in buffet.Their dosas and idlis are really good and they have a good collection of desserts. Do try the biryani options as well.You will also find some usual North Indian curries which tastes well.Till the time I am around, definitely this would be on the cards for a good Indian meal always.In a nutshell:Food 4/5Ambiance 3/5Service 3.5/5Worth the penny 4.5/5
