  The place has Avery friendly atmosphere. I’ll admit that the ordering process was a little confusing with the toppings for pizza. You get the first three toppings, but cheese is under toppings. Apparently extra cheese is a topping but your base cheese is not. Hope that helps any newbies!The staff are very friendly, though admittedly there are a lot of teens behind the counter. Unlike most places, however, they’re not goofing off. I like that. Someone saw me wiping my hands off after getting my drink. She asked me what was sticky. They’re on things here!My companions and I had high hopes on the food. Sadly, we’re left wanting a little more. We added some garlic sticks. Wow. What we got was a true disappointment. We received 8 ‘slices’ of supposed garlic sticks. It looks as if it was just a rolled out pizza dough that got slathered in garlic oil and baked. We could taste nothing but oil and seasoning. It really wasn’t that good and a total waste of money. It really didn’t come anywhere near our expectations. Our pizza was a little better. The online website says you tell the person making your pizza when to stop adding toppings. Our experience was different. The topping amounts are apparently preset. We could ‘double’ our toppings for an additional fee. So that’s a bit of false advertising. Moving on, the pizza was definitely better than the garlic ‘sticks.’ The cheese was good and plentiful. The toppings tasted ok for the most part. The pizza was kind of overdone, as were the pizzas we saw on other tables. Eating the crust, sometimes the second best part after the cheese, left a charred burnt taste in our mouths. The pizza had some much promise, but was just over cooked. Perhaps your 8 minute over is running at 9 minutes?Overall, none of us really know if we want to come back. The atmosphere is nice. But the food could offer so much more, especially given the price. There are other options out there that taste much better and are cheaper. The cannoli was delicious!My advice: steer clear for a while and see if things improve.

They’re fast to get it to the table after you order and the take and bake pizzas are really great too! It’s like a gourmet subway for pizza! They also have lactose free cheese and tons of options for picky eaters or to meet special diets.
