I have mixed reviews on this place. Good food, bad service and an awkward location. Be on the look out as the location is on the backside of a building and was easily missed. It’s a small old cafeteria looking space. They do try to make the best of the space. The place was full which is a really good sign but on our visit the service was extremely slow. We were here almost 2.5 hours!The food was good. We ordered the corn bread collard green muffins as an appetizer. It took them some time before they told us they had run out so we changed it for the catfish nuggets but by that time our meals had come out. We also order the chicken and red velvet waffle and butterscotch waffles. The chicken wasn’t anything special but we really enjoyed the food.I’m not sure if I would come back. I might give it another shot since the food was good and there are others who have given it really good reviews. May just have been an off day.
