I was in the mood for a good pizza. My wife researched ratings and Inizio scored well. It’s where Wolfman’s used to be. I thought the pizza was tasty. They also have draft beer which is a must with pizza.
Wood fired pizza cooked at 900 degrees. The pizza comes out as it should with a slight char. Although I would prefer if they cooked it just a bit more. One of the better pizza places in Charlotte. We tried a few different and they were all good. Very busy when we were there but the line and food moved quickly. The gelato was good as well. Highly recommended.
