I stopped at the bakery on Franklin, in Gastonia, NC. When I walked through the door and saw all those BEAUTIFUL pastries, I thought I was going to faint! Maybe I died and went to heaven? The gentleman was so helpful and answered ever question that I asked. He was very patient with me and explained what most of the pastries were called and the ingredients in them. GREAT service, FRESH pastries, and the bakery was SPOTLESS! I do not believe one can get any better Mexican pastries or service then what you will get at this bakery. All it is lacking is…..good ole fashion homemade flour tortillas! I WILL be going back to the bakery as I have FOUND my HAPPY spot!!
