Stopped by for lunch after doing some shopping. We were intrigued after reading some great reviews. We started off with the calamari and we then ordered the half roasted BBQ chicken with pan fried corn and the turkey sandwich with mac & cheese. Our least favorite was the calamari as it came out greasy. The mac & cheese, corn and chicken were our favorites. The turkey was good but just another sandwich, it didn’t really stand out. The prices can be on the higher end but with range to other restaurants in the area. Overall the food was flavorful, service was awesome and great quality ingredients! We had an enjoyable lunch.

In short, farm to table cuisine. Food was fresh, frying pan corn, augratin potatoes, rostisery chicken all were excellent. Joseph our server was there for all of our needs. Our new favorite place to eat out in Charlotte.
Been here five times and will go back. Friendly service, good selections of both food and wine.
Loved my first time at Roosters last night!! We’ll definitely be back.Great food great service( Michael our waiter was fabulous).
Excellent GF menu. The food was excellent and the gluten free menu was very similar to the regular menu. A lot of their food is GF anyway so I didn’t have to order anything special. The server noticed I had the GF menu and he directed the do you want bread question just to my husband and not to me. (That may seem like a small thing but it is very frustrating when I have just ordered from the GF menu and the server the asks if I want bread.) No GF desserts though. Excellent place for a good GF meal without having to ask for no sauce etc. Next time I’m in Charlotte I will definitely be returning.
