Refund policy on delivered food is horrible! They send you an incorrect order, and you either have to wait for them to bring you the right order or come pick up the incorrect order BEFORE you are refunded! When you are at work you do not have time to wait, and they are not understanding nor willing to do what is best for promoting customer satisfaction. Not at all the first time my food has been incorrect, this was the first time I reported it and asked for a refund. We will NOT be back to Sandwich Max at my company!
Super friendly and fast service. Much better than the chain places. I have had the Italian and turkey with cheese. Both are yummy! They have specials each day with certain sandwiches you get a free drink. I can’t wait to try the meatball sub and cheesesteak next!
