We frequently go to Aroma’s and have dinner. The non veg dishes are spicy and tasty. The south indian dishes are quite good. Specially we like the Dosa buffet. Nice place for a family dinner.

The food is really spicy here and that’s what makes it good. I like their combos a lot, along side the snacks during the evening. The biriyani is really really hot n’ spicy. Don’t take if you are not ready to shed a lil tear 😉 sriparnasthoughts.com
Awesome Indian! Better than Cholas hands down! Nice folks too! I ordered and everything was fresh. Biriyani is spicier if you ask for it. Also the channa batura is to die for.
Some of THE BEST Indian food I have ever had…Aroma is great. The food is delicious, the service wonderful, and the location great. Will definitely be coming back.I had the Mysore Masala Dosa, the Lamb Roganjosh, some Aloo/Mint Paratha, with a Mango Lassi. I (of course) couldn’t finish it all, and it all was delicious…especially the Lamb Roganjosh. Thank you, Aroma; see you soon!!!
Have been to Aromas at another location which wasnt to my satisfaction, but this one is a sort of regular whenever am in Charlotte and nearby. The ones to go with are dosas, baby corn chilli, buttermilk-made the Andhra way. These have been my all time fav and repeat orders the 3 times I visited this place. Not too cheap but is a mid range for pricing.Service is so warm and pleasant.
Ate at Aroma for the lunch buffet today and everything was excellent, definitely the best Indian food I’ve had (although I have very limited experience with Indian food I must admit). The buffet was well-stocked with a variety of options, and everything was warm and fresh! The staff was nice and quickly took plates and refilled drinks every time I returned to sample some more from the buffet. I’m not an expert on Indian food, but everything I tried was at least decent with some choices that were excellent. My favorites from what I tried were the kodi vepudu, dal tadka, chicken curry, and their naan which was excellent. I would highly recommend trying the buffet for anyone who is looking to experiment with Indian food or who loves Indian cuisine because, especially for only $9, it can’t be beat! I’ll have to try some regular dishes off the menu now that I know how good the food is.
