Horrible. This business is beyond bad, it is just stupid. This is a true story, we went to buy pretzels at 11am, noticed case was near empty(we wanted either regular pretzels or pretzel bites), told to come back in 5 minutes, did and told they still had no pretzels because they only made one cup of pretzel bites and they just sold it. They asked us to prepay and said then they would make our pretzels, but would be another 5 minutes. What a total joke of a place, very poor way to operate a business.
