Not the typical Chinese restaurant. China Q II has excellent sushi and they deliver!! Awesome! There was a problem with one of our deliveries and part of our order wasn’t taken. When we called to have it sent the owner sent it to our home at no extra charge and made sure we were the first in cue.
Ordered takeout and in the past it has been really good and then the food started to go down hill. Tonight we ordered out and found hair throughout the rice, not sure how they could not see this.

Best Chinese food ever. I used to go to the restaurant when they were in China Grove North Carolina and then someone told me about a Chinese place here in Concord and I went and lo and behold it was Bing this is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten I would recommend it to anyone who loves Chinese food
My Favorite Restaurant!. This is by far the BEST Chinese food I’ve ever had! Everything I’ve tried from China QII has been delicious. It is always freshly made, so if you are in a hurry, I’d call ahead for take out. Otherwise, order some amazing Crab Rangoons and enjoy the ambience while you wait for your main course. The owner, Bing, is so sweet. She cares about her customers and, after only a few visits, she’ll know you by name and know your favorite dish. If you are looking for great Chinese food in the Concord area, this is the place!!!
Best Kept Secret In Concord. We love the sushi and all dishes we have tried. And that you get soup and a egg roll with your dinner. The owner is the sweetest lady. She even remember’s what we order we’ve been so much!!!
OMG Outstanding and fresh!! Egg roll is to die for and it is homemade. All dishes (we had four) were the best we’ve eaten. This is saying a lot for us foodies. We are from Charlotte and this is way better than what we have (even the infamous pf changs). The place was quiet and ambiance great. Our server was very attentive and proud of what was being served. We give it a resounding 10 out if 10 in every category!!! We will be telling all of our friends-/-
