Chilaquiles. I don’t know where the previous reviewer is from, but where I come from in NEW MEXICO and where my husband is from in MEXICO, they use the chips, not tortillas, for the chilaquilles. What do you think the chips are made from. They are corn tortilla chips! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! Great service and great food. The waiters know what we want to drink when we walk in the door.

Not what it used to be. …we were regulars for more than 4 years, bragging about this place to anyone who would listen. But we were in there a couple of weeks ago. I got chilaquiles (and they used corn chips instead of corn tortillas) nnnnoooott very good. It seems to have become more chain-restaurant like than before. Not a hispanic in sight eating there… probably a sign.
The best in the area…… Before I moved to NC, I really didn’t care for Mexican food that much… Probably because I never had anything besides Mexican food from chain restaurants… I tried this place just looking for something different for lunch… The food here was so good that My family ate something from here a couple times a week.. Dining in is a good experience.. The service is great, as well as the food and margaritas.. I made sure to tell anyone I knew about this place.. It’s amazing that people that lived here for years hadn’t tried it…I always plan on stopping in for a meal while travelling through…
