visited concord nc store last night, wait was not bad 25 min.party of four.decided to eat at the bar.bartender could use a little polish, when asking(what you want)instead of what will you have.our little waitress could not hear anything I asked or she was ignoring me,I don’t know.steaks were served promptly, within 10 min.12oz ribeye was not eye appealing.big ball of fat one end, long piece of gristle on the other.six ounces in the middle was a bit overcooked.asked the other couple how there meal was.rack of ribs was great,16oz ribeye rated 5 out of 10.I don’t usually write reviews.going out is rare for us,and if spending 40-50 dollars on a meal is normal,it should be at the least, pleasurable.

So much for what you pay for! Their fresh rolls are amazing… all of their dressings are home made. The house salad has bacon on it! Their ranch and fried onion sauces were delicious with their fried onion appetizer. The loaded baked potato was good and the tilapia was a good lunch portion. I liked the seasoning on it. The banana dessert would have been better if I asked for it without caramel sauce but I devoured it. Our server rocked

Mediocre Food and Poor Service. Went to Logan’s a couple of weeks ago for lunch on Saturday and was totally disappointed. This was after a dance recital and there were 11 in the party and I suspect that Logan’s obviously can not handle large parties is part of the problem.I took a while to be get seated but this was not unexpected because of the size of the party. After we were seated, we were asked for our drink orders very promptly but it was downhill for there. Took probablly 15 minutes for the drink ofder to appear and then somewhere around half were wrong. The corrected that problem and took our order. When it showed up, half of the orders were not correct and even then, the quality of the food was not very good. Food was very bland, generally overcooked and most of the orders were cold by the time they were served.Wait Staff did try but I think the shear size of the party overwhelmed the poor young lady. You would have thought that management could have helped out by assigning a second server to help allieviate the situation.Nothing fancy about the decor though the dining area tends to be have too many people crowded into too small a space. Food prices would be reasonable if the quality of the food were better but the quality is not there so I would have to say the value is not there. In general, it’ll be awhile before I go back because there are a number of other restaurants in close proximity where I know I can get a better meal and service for a comparable price.
