Sure it’s a franchise, but the service was friendly. Joann was a terrific waitress. The ribeye was excellent. Sides include vegetable medley whish cooked perfectly. The ice tea is truly a southern treat. Nice place. Good food. Super service. A little pricy, but good value.

Still like the Jackalope when you walk in.. It’s a whimsical place that does not take thenselves seriously but take food and the customer in earnest.It’s a playfull atmosphere that make light of the cowboy steariotypes with a bit of humor. The real stuff like quality food, there is no joking about that.While this is a chain, it’s more like an independent steakhouse. Nothing cookie cutter here. Order medium rare, you get medium rare. Order medium well, you get medium well etc.Food is cooked to perfection. Sides are excellent and the wait staff could not be better.Atmosphere as I said is playful but at time they do take it a bit too far at times. Still considering the quality of the food, it’s easy to overlook that.
Everytime I eat here my food is not good. Steak was so salty had to send it back.
