The menu is very limited has no pizazz and the dining room is always loud.
Although I appreciate the free meal cards when PDQ screws up my order, it’s getting really frustrating to have to return to this location (Concord Mills) to correct my order. My family loves their chicken, but I’ve had to return twice to get the food I was shorted. They always give me free meal cards, but I would much rather have the order correct the first time! Hope they get this worked out.
