Our child, who has been to Sticky Fingers, wanted to take me to there for Father’s Day. My wife and I had never been there, so we thought we would give it a try.It turned out to be a horrible mistake. Where shall I begin? Our waitress started out nice enough, but the overall experience deteriorated quickly. We had to ask for our salads to come out before our meal. Otherwise, they would have been there at the same time as our main course. That is a terrible practice as the main course just ends up getting cold. When our meals arrived, our childs meal was the only one they got right. I got a plate of pulled chicken and nothing else. My wifes had her fish sandwich and nothing else. When asked, our waitress told us, in something of a condescending tone, when somebody orders the side salad, the other sides arent served. Huh? Where has that EVER been a practice at ANY restaurant?Wait, it gets better. My sides came out. A side of bland rice and uncooked green beans. My wife got her fries werent which bad. However, her catfish sandwich was stringy which is usually a sign of old / not good catfish. My pulled chicken was also extremely bland and tasteless. So, our entire meal was pretty much ruined at this point. On a side note that I dont fault the restaurant. There is a good sized segment of our population who dont know how to be parents. There was a SCREAMING kid not far from us. We asked the manager if he would please tell them that there are other patrons in the place who dont want to listen to their screeching brat. I dont know if he was afraid of being called racist or just doesnt have the fortitude to be the manager, but you need to consider the other people in your place even if those inconsiderate morons had not thought as to the other civilized people around them.I work in customer service myself. I always try to be quick to compliment and long to complain. When I have to complain, it is that bad. And believe me, this was BAD. The one thing I will note is that they did void then entire bill. So, thank you for that, but I will NOT be back and will provide free advertising on the various social media, my family and co-workers. Thank you for a Fathers Day that I will do my level best to forget.
He worst service I have ever had. We ordered nachos as appetizer and it took at least 20 minutes to arrive. We waited at least 30 minutes to get entrees. They didn’t bring mine until 10 minutes after the rest of my party. They were out of crayons for the kids. So coupled with the extra long wait they were extremely restless. The food was not that great either. I will never eat here again.
Try the wings they are great. The BBQ is not my favorite , ribs were tuff, pulled pork was ehh, brisket was tuff also, so I would not go here to get good bbq, but the wings are really good!
Well, I didn’t find it horrible but it was run of the mill bbq. I’ve had much better q elsewhere but we stopped in after some errands. Eh..
It’s all about the ribs, people. I admit they have a nice array of sauces. They have this sauce and that sauce. Some are award winning. (It says so on the menu) And you can buy sauces and take them home. But good ribs start with quality meat prepared well and this they did not have. The fat wasn’t properly trimmed and the meat was a little tough. Both a sign of pushing them out too quick. Both Chili’s and Hamm’s have a better rack. Keep your sauces.
