  Not worth it. I wanted to like this place but it’s just not there. Overall the food was acceptable but not worth the price. Restaurant was very loud and dirty, seats all need new cushions. Think of a long horn that’s slightly worse and a little more expensive.

  Decent (good) steak for the price. Good service but nothing special The 1/2 price wine wed is a good value. I will return but it is not a MUST when in Concord

  Not Happy!. We were at Texas land & Cattle in Charlotte last year . Three times and everything was great. We are from Canada and was very disappoint this year. We were told a 15 minute wait—it was longer! Well that was fine although I wondered why the place was NOT busy at all. Finally the girl gave us a table and said they were short on help ,after i had asked. We both ordered : Ribs – Halfrack with loaded sweet potato , fullrack ,load potato ,with 2 garden salads. Well the salads were ok. The ribs were very dry ,over cooked, my husband’s fullrack was my halfrack from year and i had maybe 5 ribs on the plate (more bone then meat) YUCK! The sweet potato was not load like last year. R&R ‘s have wonderful ribs in Concord. S.B from Canada

  Great service and very clean, poor food quality. I got the nachos appetizer with chicken as my lunch meal. The chicken tasted like it came out of a can. It would have been ‘ok’ without the chicken but nothing great. The restaurant and restroom were both very clean and the service was outstanding.

  Good Food and Service. My wife, Sister-in-Law and I went over for lunch after Church today. In all, it was pretty good but some room for improvement.The best part of visit was the service. The service provided by the hostess, the servers and the rest of the wait staff was great. Could not ask for any better service.The cusine on the whole was excellent with some minor exceptions. I had the 9 oz Sirloin with side salad and french fries. Ordered the Sirloin medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I was a good cut with excellent flavor and texture. For the salad, for my choice of dressing, since they did not have a Balsamic, I tried the Lime vinaigarette and it was excellent. The down side was the french fries. They were limp, greasy and very little texture to them In other words, they were cooked at way too low a temperature.My wife had a Sirloin Wedge Salad along with French Onion Soup. Except for being served a bit too cool, the salad was bountiful and full of flavor.My Sister-in-Law order Southern Fried Chicken which came with gravy and bacon bits on the top. She did not say very much but on the other hand, she did eat every morsel so she must have liked it.Atmosphere could use a bit of work. It’s a Texas motif much like a Long Horn or Lone Star but the execution is not as good. Still it does carry the theme which is what you are looking for but the murals on the wall distract from the total experience. The best part of the atmosphere is the roaring fireplace on a cold wet day made it very inviting.All in all, while not one of my favorites, it’s definately a restaruant I would come back to and would recommend to friends and guests.Keep the servers and make a few minor changes in food prep and it would definately be a winner.

  Texas Land &Cattle Steakhouse is consistently excellent. Great steaks, great bartenders, and we’ll managed. We’ll be back soon:)
