Very bad management and food. We was there for my sons birthday. I have a food allergy, told them no char and no seasoning on my steak. comes back with char and seasoning. Took my meal back and half hour later get my steak back and it was cooked well done. The manager on duty never said a word, never offer me another meal, So I walk out with no dinner .Great way to spend my son birthday. Our server was awesome,
I will never darken the door on that particular restaurant again. I have never experienced such rude behavior from the wait staff in my entire life.
Texas meets NASCAR. I’ve eaten at a couple other Texas Roadhouses and generally know what to expect in decor. At least they don’t have a jackalope. On the otherhand, I had forgotten that this location was just a little over a mile from Lowe’s Motor Speedway so I should not have been shocked to see all of the MASCAR memoribilia around the place. Think car hoods next to long horn cattle horms.In any case, we take the NASCAR image with a grain of salt around here because we’re so used to it. This one is very well done and does not distract from the theme. In other words, it comes off well.Food is excellent. I had an 11 oz Sirlon cooked medium rare and it was perfect. The cup of Chili I ordered as a side with cheese and onion toppings was excellent. Just the right amount of heat. The Steakfries on the other hand, need some work. Very limp and mushy with no defined flavor. Taste as if the oil was not quite hot enough.My wife had the Filet Steak Salad and loved it. Portions however are hugh and not way she or two people could have eaten it in one sitting.Service is excellent. Was a little concerned at first with the placement of the table because it would have been very easy to get lost in the shuffle but our servered pulled it off. Good service and we never wanted for anything during our stay.Fun place with good food and service and at a reasonable price. Would defintel recommend to someone and will come again.
Its a chain restaurant with decent food. Not outstanding, not horrible. They need to get teaspoons for kids to use – soup spoons for kids is a bit ridiculous.
Great food great price. The steak is amazing hand cut and tender as hell. The food was priced under 20 dollars for a 8 oz filet that was well worth the money. It was cooked to a perfect medium and came with two sides i got the chili and a baked potato which where both great as well. I tried my wifes new york strip also tender and cooked perfect. Also a plus that they carried the octorberfest sam adams on tap.
Once the food and…. Once again the food and atmosphere was great. Got an 8oz Sirloin and wasn’t any waste on the steak at all, I won’t eat beef fat. Salad was fresh. Bake potato was just right. It was Oct. 30 so everyone there was dressed in Halloween theme, some were really well done.19 Sep, 2010Awesome!. Four of us ate there a couple evenings ago and it was awesome! The last time I ate there it was just so so but his time it was great! Service was superior even though it was extremely busy. Still can’t believe I left my leftovers behind ;-(
Very consistant!. I love going to Texas Roadhouse! The food is ALWAYS delicious and the service is out of this world. Some of my favorites include the Chicken Critters, ANY of their steaks (I usually get a 6oz Sirloin), and they Rattlesnake bites for an appetizer! Not to mention the delicious (FREE) rolls and cinnamon butter! PS… if you have an option, ask for Kelsey as your server. We ALWAYS ask for her. After just 2 or 3 times she remembers our order down to the last detail, she’s funny, very attentive, and over all an excellent server.
