    Our experience was the worst I ever had at a Japanese restaurant. Service was slow and we were not given a y dipping sauces and they forgot our soup. When the manager came to our table to inquire about our meal all he did was say sorry and still charged us for the full meal….needs to have some customer service training . BTW the food overall hibachi taste was the worst we have had….we will not be back.

    Marginal at best. We stayed in Concord Mills and our hotel gave us 15% off coupon. We were seated right away but the wait for the Hibachi side was over an hour. The food was lacking in flavor, under seasoned, and dry. My drink seemed watered down and my husband’s beer tasted flat. The sushi had no flavor. The spicy tuna roll was not even spicy.

    Not really a restaurant…. We ate hear after they ran a LivingSocial deal because it seemed like something fun to try. It took us two tries to actually eat there. They struggled to seat people in a remotely timely fashion despite having open tables and no apparent reason for the delay (we asked twice why it was taking so long and they ignored us). On the second try, the sushi was fine. Nothing special, but it tasted good enough. My husband ordered teriyaki chicken and it was terrible. I can make better at home. Everything was overcooked and the sauce was runny and tasteless. Definitely not a good option.

    Very over priced for teriyaki steak and chicken with one kids plate for $43.50 on a to go order. They charged us the rate for the Hibachi grill dine in price it seemed. Food was pretty good but not $43 good.

    Disappointed! Visited on Christmas Eve, definitely not the A team servers. Ordered children’s food first which came out pretty quickly, hot ; adult food took over 30 minutes to arrive, & was barely lukewarm. Server was impossible to flag down, finally just faked for boxes to take home to reheat. Then had to wait for check, which she dropped & ran. The reason we took dining instead of grills was because of 30 minute wait!! Won’t be back!!

    Disappointed. Sushi roll and spring rolls took 25 mins. There were only 4 or 5 tables (already midcourse) in the restaurant. 1 table of 2 walked in during my 25 minute wait. I was starving and ready for some delicious sushi. Much to my dismay, the roll was falling apart…the roll was smaller than the rolls from Harris Teeter, and there was no wow factor/satisfaction….!! Same type of roll I order at every Sushi restaurant I go to…this was bland! I ordered 2 pork spring rolls. I received 3. Not sure if each order is supposed to have 2 and they didn’t give me enough or if they threw in an extra. The spring rolls were very mushi…not even sure if they were cooked all the way.I have had their Hibachi before and it was great and so was the service. This time not so much!
