AWFUL BAKERY. I extremely DIS-SATISFIED and DIGUSTED with the service I failed to received from this bakery. This is most UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever dealt with and lacks basic customer service. I have never dealt with a place of business where I have had such an AWFUL experience. I called them to inquire about Delivery and was told they would call me back. They NEVER bothered to call me back and I unsuccessfully attempted to call them ALL DAY. I found it very convenient that no one answered and it went straight to some automated answering service right after I was told someone would call me back. I NEVER even received my cake ! Due to the failure to follow through with my call back, when I went to pick up my cake it was closed, and their website listed that it closed at 6 ! Since I had no way to confirm the hrs, my only choice was to send them an email and assume 6:00 was the closing time as listed on their site. I sent them a email about this issue and still have NEVER even received an response or explanation of what happened! I honestly think my cake wasnt even MADE AT ALL !!! I purchased this off Groupon so I dont know if they got overwhelmed with orders and the ball got dropped and my cake was never made or forgotten about ? They should HAVE NEVER ARGEE to make my cake if it could not be PROMISED on that day !!!!!!!!!!! This cake was for my 6yr old child and thank goodness he never asked about and I had already bought him a cake on his actual birthday. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this type of establishment to ANYONE !!!!! I am appalled a place of business like this actually exist ! Dont WASTE your TIME ordering from this place !

Welcome Addition to the Neighborhood. Spotted an adv for this place in the dining section of one of the local magazines and wondered why I had not seen it before. We dirve by it at least a couple of times a week going back and forht to Church.Looked for it last Sunday and spotted it in the ground floor of a mixed use development on the street. Here a mixed use delopment is a mandated storefront on the bottom and a residence upstairs, normally the store owner.Did not stop then but when i came home today, my wife had stopped and picked up a Cookie’s n’ Cream personal Cheescake for my birthday. It was fantastic. The topping was light and fluffy while the cheesecake part itself was a good dense style NY Cheesecake. An excellent combination.My wife reported that the service was excellent and friendly. Not much in terms on one site dining and mostly take out or delivery but that’s OK. Prices are a bit higher than norm for the area but then again, so are the serving sizes so it all works out in the end.Next time we need a great desert, we know where to call.
