Food is great. Service is a bit slow when the place is busy, but the food is worth the wait. Had the seaweed salad, gyoza and katsudon. All were very good. Recommended

Food was nothing special very little flavor had the Crab Fried Rice, not much crab at all mostly rice. The food at Torii used to be so much better a few years ago.

My service was Lame she was very slow and always forgetting my needs so disappointing. I cannot remember her name but it starts with the Letter L for sure, kind of Big, with black straight ponytail. She is Very slow and maybe someone needs to help her out on this day she was also distracted with her phone. I ordered couple of ramen noodle soups which was all great but only if I had to serve my self I would be totally Happy in the end she was just all Lame N Slow..DISAPPOINTING

I was really excited to try this place. I love Asian food. I love noodles. I love Asian noodles! I thought for sure that my taste buds would be delighted. I ordered the wonton ramen. The service was very quick & friendly. The bowl of ramen was beautiful & huge. I took a sip of the broth, and it was…awful. Undeterred, I tried a wonton & got a chunk of gristle in my first bite. The other toppings were fine. The noodles were a little overlooked, but not bad. But that broth was truly awful. I tried adding soy sauce to improve the flavor. Nope. I tried some of the chili spices that were on the table. That didn’t help either. Finally, I gave up, paid the bill, and left my mostly-uneaten food on the table.I’d be willing to go back & try some of their other offerings, but will not ever order the ramen again.

Maybe I expected too much…. Ramen is the street food of Japan…something you eat standing while waiting for a train. But they take their ramen seriously, with each store specializing in their own secret recipes.Torii attempts to bring ramen upscale, and focuses more on the vibe than the food apparently. (like putting a hotdog on a china plate). While the serving dishes are really nice, the soup was nothing special for a place with such a limited menu. It really wasn’t much better than the instant ramen you can buy at any grocery store.I wish they would’ve recreated an authentic ramen experience…..simple decor, simple bowls, and complex soups. Oh well.
