Not worth it.. I would probably be more tolerable of their food if I felt like I wasn’t paying so much for a loaf of bread with a minuscule amount of meat on it. I’d eat a deli sub from Wal-Mart, before I would eat one from here; at least theirs has some substance to it other than bread.
$10.54 for a steak special sub with fries and drink, the sub was okay, but not worth the money in my opinion. Regular crinkle cut fries that you have to drown in ketchup. At least they have Sun Drop. Did not try the pizza.
Good, but…. I like Sub Corral, but think their sandwiches are too expensive. I’ve never had a bad experience there – every sandwich has been DELICIOUS – but I just feel that $9.00 is too much for a sub, especially in Gaston county.

I LOVE THE PIZZA IT REMINDS ME OF MY uncle sammy he started pizza in gressy cornor. HIS PLACE WAS IN WEST FRANKLIN BETWEEN VANC ST AND GASTON AVE. iF YOU WANTED A PIZZA YOU HAD TO GO TO SAMMY GRILL OR THE GODOLLA IN CHARLOTTE. Sub corral has that real good taste of pizza pie its real and its the best around . I will put my pay check on that. Its so fresh and they make it fresh everyday no can stuff. The people are very friendly like they have know you forever and a day . Th people are real and fresh too!!!!!! . If you have’t tryed it you really need to go get one. Its making my mouth water.just thinking about it.Its sooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. So come on down and get on or two the subs are great, along with the salads. I like the Mary salad the best. Mixed Feelings. I ordered one of their standard subs. Meat, cheese, veggies, oil & vinegar. I have to say, I was not impressed at all. It tasted just like something I could make at home, and probably do it a bit cheaper for the size. I got their pasta salad, as I’m sucker for a great pasta salad, not what I expected at all. Instead of the oil & vinegar based, it was creamy, and I pretty much had all noodles. No veggies to speak of until I got to the bottom, where then I counted about 2 small diced pieces of tomato. The fountain drinks are awesome. They weren’t watered down, nice and thick how I expect most fountain drinks to be.Now, on the other hand, my husband ordered their cheeseburger sub w/ fries. I felt so cheated not having ordered it. Granted it was only the meat, cheese, and bun, but it was fantastic. The fries are crinkle cut and they fresh and hot and for a small order, there was A LOT. He thought the soda was a bit too sweet for him.All in all, I will be trying this place again. They have pita’s, pizza, appetizers, as well as some other stuff as well. I just wouldn’t recommend the normal meat and cheese subs as they are pretty boring.
