My husband and I enjoyed a nice anniversary dinner there. Seafood Alfredo sauces was quite yummy. The New York strip ateak was off the chain good! Would absolutely go back for that!
Do NOT go and order a mixed drink at this Reaturant. Stick to wine and beer. The food was at best mediocre. The sauce was under cooked, they would have done better with a jar of Prego. The service was helpful and you can not fault the wait staff for a lousy chef and a worse bartender.
We enjoyed a delicious dinner here on a Monday night. The waiter was knowlegable and attentive but not overbearing. I had spinach lasagna which was very good and the marinara sauce tasted very fresh. My husband ordered the special which was a chicken breast served over pasta and it was very tender with a nice light sauce. This is the second time we have eaten here on our travels to Boone and we look forward to our next meal at the Casa Rustica.
Delicious food and great service. I thought the rustic atmosphere was appropriate for the area. No complaints at all. If you are a fan of chain restaurants this probably isn’t the place for you.

Regular Favorite. We love Casa Rustica and make it a regular visit must when we are in town – consistently good food and service – many of the servers are App State students and ensthusiatic about being there – others have been there for years and remember you – nice! Wine list is limited, but OK- Desserts are DELICIOUS!! Have never been disappointed – fairly piced and feel cosily at home!
