Can’t wait to go back.. Just in town for the weekend and felt the desire for sushi. Cobo did not disappoint. Great atmosphere…friendly, helpful and attentive staff and most importantly fantastic food. We loved everything we ordered. For appetizers we had crab rangoon and spring rolls. Main course was a Cali roll and the Burning Man roll. For dessert we had the tempura fried chocolate chip cookie with ginger ice cream and sweet wasabi whipped cream…….AMAZING! Prices are reasonable and the bathrooms were clean. They were even showing Ghostbusters. A perfect evening. Only complaint…wish they were open for lunch on Saturday. Other than that it was a AAA experience.
I have been to Cobo 3 times over the last several months, and overall I have been pleased. I love sushi and after living in Japan for 6 months, I am somewhat of a snob about it. It’s not the best I’ve ever had, but for a sushi joint in the middle of the mountains it hits the spot. Also, the relaxing atmosphere always makes for a great date night for my husband and I.
